With the country not being exposed to severe weather such as this it simply was not financially prepared to handle the costs that this type of weather creates. The news media provided ample coverage as to the impact that the weather was having on the Country in respect to inferior snow removal capabilities, and the added danger that the public was exposed to by the snow and cold. These conditions are naturally still fresh in the minds of the residents of the UK, and no doubt there are concerns about the weather for the end of the year as well.

These issues may be a little easier to handle if there were viable solutions on the horizon for them, but there doesn’t seem to be any indication of this.
