Improve Staff Morale With Employee Satisfaction Survey

Back in his day, everything was very command-and-control. The top one let everyone know it, and those at the bottom will obey. Nowadays, however, things have changed. It is well-known that employees who are happy do better work and are more productive, so management is not wise to hammer them.

He knew that I had been right in the past, so he finally gave in. Afer all, customer surveys have done wonder to our company, allowing us to respond to client more appropriately. It was reasonable to assume that an employee satisfaction survey would do the same. Creating the right employee satisfaction surveys, wqhich is different from the free online surveys.

This however, was more tougher than I thought. You see, it is very tough to come up with just the right questions to ask. I wanted to highlight to my boss on the underlings concerns, but do not wish to piss him off. The fact is, he had no idea just how bad moral was at the time, and I didn’t want to break it to him all at once. That would only get him defensive, and then nothing would happen.

At last, I came up with the perfect employee satisfaction surveys. In a larger business, employee satisfaction surveys would have to have a lot of easily quantifiable questions. Since our office consisted of no more than 40 people, however, I was able to put in a lot of space for personal feedback. I was betting that people are more lenient with survey questions that are targeted on their happiness. By giving the freedom to the employee to express their concern, I was able to provide some really meaningful feedback that was also sufficiently understated. While the boss grumbled alot, he also took the employment satisfaction surveys seriously. It has only been a few weeks, but corporate culture has already started to change.
