Brain Top Off!

This is not to say that I have really done nothing to solve the problem. I’ve tried all sorts of ways in getting rid of bed bugs but to no avail. Ever since I have found out that there are bed bugs in our home, I’ve certainly bought just about anything to exterminate it. Pesticides, insecticides, you name it, I bought it but nothing seems to work. The bed bugs will be gone for a day or two but afterwards they are back again. I have repeated the whole exercise over and over again but the whole thing is like an exercise in futility.

It’s certainly without doubt so frustrating, to say the least. To compound it all, I thought the bed bug infestation is only in my room. No, it has spawn throughout the whole house already. Our kids are already complaining of sleepless nights, not to mention the glaring bed bug bites all around them. They surely want to know why I am not getting rid of bed bugs. I actually told them I have been trying to do so in the past but I have been unsuccessful.

I definitely was dumbfounded when my eldest proclaimed that there’s an available service for such things. She said pest control companies can be easily found in the internet. Wow, imagine that, my twelve-year old daughter telling me what I really ought to do! Well, that’s the one advantage of having knowledge and getting updated on technology. I certainly said to myself, whew, why didn’t I think of that before?

Anyway, right after contacting the pest company and having our house expertly fumigated for bed bugs, we finally have our peaceful nights – devoid of bed bugs. Thanks to my daughter we found a solution to the bed bug infestation. Ha! Ha! Definitely no thanks to me of all people who should have known that. It just proves that even the best commit mistakes.
