So what?

We have to remember the above is the final result of someone having used press release recipe. The better news is that the press release is formatted and structured in such a manner as to gain respect from editors. What wouldn't gain quite as much kudos is the present first paragraph which does not quite make sense.

What the software does is is to make you think about the keywords and key phrases that are absolutely essential to answer teh following basic questions Who? What? Where? When? How? Why? When you go back and revise these replies and make the 1st paragraph read smoother like a news article,

The next step?

My guidance, as author of the software, is to give it a try to determine if you can take your press release to this stage. From this point on, it’s simply a question of common sense as to the correct way to prepare the words in a logical order. Also have a look at journalistic pieces at Yahoo Stories or Google News to show how first paragraphs of news stories are put together.

You may also wish to tinker with the other paragraphs too. Maybe, if you employ am content supplier, you might organize a charge to help do this. Also I am pleased to help with my own service and can offer extraordinarily competitive rates from $5 for every PR release that comes to me thru press release recipe. Rates negotiable depending on draft copy submitted as a result of utilizing the software.
