City Room: Archbishop Dolan Prepares for Elevation in Rome

Archbishop Dolan, who has been drafting an address about evangelization that he plans to deliver to Pope Benedict XVI and the College of Cardinals on Friday, said he saw part of his job as defending New York to a Vatican that views it warily.
