c) Non-profitable organizations other than establishments of higher education

d) For-Profit Organisations such as Small Businesses

e) State Executives, County States, City or Township Governments, Special District Central authorities, Indian/Native American Tribal Presidencies (Federally Recognized), and Indian/Indigenous American Tribal Govts (Apart from Federally Recognised)

f) Independent School Districts, Public Housing Authorities/Indian Housing Authorities, Native American Tribal Organizations (aside from Federally recognised tribal governments), Faith-based or Community-based Organizations, and Regional Organisations.
